Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

We ship via USPS and UPS. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Pokemon cards are shipped in toploaders and bubble mailers or padded envelopes. Sealed products and video games are packed with bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy boxes.

Graded Cards / Slabs

All graded cards are shipped in slab-safe packaging with extra protection to prevent case damage during transit.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at doubleacollects@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
