Returns
Due to the nature of collectibles, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on Pokemon cards (singles, sealed, or graded), video games, or accessories.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right — either through a replacement or full refund.
Graded Cards
Graded cards (PSA, CGC, BGS slabs) are sold as-is based on their assigned grade. We do not accept returns based on disagreements with the grading company's assessment.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
